Please give Ultra the ability to use a third-party phone number and PIN for use in sessions, just like the Original v12.6 has. We do not want to change all our licenses to this third-party phone number since only managers have this option. Only administrators can change to a custom conference number and PIN per account. The Ultra phone number is not toll-free and this is a hardship for vendors and others that we collaborate with. Currently, our recorded sessions have no sound if we use our own toll-free conference line. We would like the telephony options that the Original v12.6 sessions have. Thank you.
