    I would like to begin the advocation for an increased priority on the deliver of the fix for DUO.

    The mobile apps are the only reason we do not have DUO on our Blackboard site and our Security team has asked about it multiple times and are ready to pull the plug on Mobile.

    "The Blackboard and Instructor apps still use the UIwebView infrastructure that is affected by this dropped background connection problem.  Users can continue to authenticate with Duo's manual-entry passcode option.  We cannot yet provide a timetable for delivery of this requested feature enhancement.  If you would like to advocate for increased priority, we recommend that you engage directly with the product leadership via the community ideas forum."
