Snap theme to support course short name in course cards

In the course cards shown under My Courses, please make it possible to show also the course short name of the course, perhaps by adding the ability to customize the display option for course cards in the Personal menu.

In core Moodle this is the courselistshortnames functionality ( Site Administrator >> Appearance >> Courses >> Display extended course names.
