Import a Bb Portfolio Zip file

Create functionality to allow users to import an existing Bb Portfolio.  As it is now, users can download a zip file of their portfolio.  However, if their portfolio is accidentally deleted from Bb, users will have to rebuild their portfolio from scratch, even if they have a zip file of the portfolio. Therefore, this request is to allow users to import an existing Bb Portfolio download (zip file) back into Bb.
