Separate support contact for each Blackboard app

    Re the notification of end-user support changes:


    In practice, we have a different support contact for users of the Blackboard app (i.e. students) and users of the Blackboard Instructor app (i.e. staff). However it is currently only possible within the building block settings to set 1 support contact which serves both apps.


    Please can it be possible to have a different support contact for each app?
