improving the "report an issue" feature

    Expectation: In a Blackboard Collaborate session, when users "report an issue", the system will automatically generate an email (a ticket) to the institution's service email adress or the institution's Behind the Blackboard ticket area. This will help the institution to track back the issues and solutions.


    Current situation: the "report an issue" function will only generate a ticket with Blackboard, where the institution is unable to check and follow. We suggest users to use this function to report issues in the session, however, if users do not send the their issue's ID generated through this function to their institution, the institution service team cannot follow up these ticket.
