I expect I am not alone in requesting that the recorded message for dial-in / telephony users via EU COLLAB server is confusing.
It instructs them to use the 'pound key', where it means '#' - known to English speaking languages, other than US & Canada as the 'hash key'.
'Pound' = '£'
'Hash' = '#'
'#' goes by other names also, 'number', 'square', 'gate', even 'octothorp' - but 'Hash' is the most common.
This impacts users in regards to Telephony & Anonymous Dial-In
