If a student would like to keep personal evidence of completing an achievement, instructions to print to a PDF file must include a variety of operating system and browser environments. We would like to see a 'Generate PDF' or 'Download PDF' or similar option made available. To quote one our support staff: 'Presently you can print the certificate you earn from the tool, however if you want to be able to save it as a file, you have to go through various shenanigans such as saving as PDF from the print dialog, and it’s proving to be too convoluted a process for many of our students.'

This would be a very convenient feature. Our students want to be able to save their certificates digitally for future access, and Blackboard doesn't provide an easy way to do this.
