Add Comment to Discussion Board Post and Journal Similar to Box Functionality (formerly Crocodoc)

Our faculty are requesting the ability to add comments to discussion board posts and journals much like they do in assignments using Box (formerly Crocodoc). The comments posted by the instructor would only be seen by the student and the instructor(s) of the course but would help in grading and giving feedback.
