Hyperlink All Article Reference Numbers

    Behind the Blackboard ticket resolutions frequently come with references to Known Issue articles. However, these article numbers, for some reason, are almost never hyperlinked to the article, forcing customers to copy, paste, and search for the known issue. It would be much more convenient if the article numbers in the ticket were hyperlinked to the article. This would save users numerous clicks.
