Centralize Rubrics Managements

    Blackboard Learn currently does not allow System Administrators to centrally create and manage rubrics. All rubrics must be created in each course and copied from course to course, if its to be used among course sections. It would be great if users have the option to create a library of rubrics either at a system admin level or create rubrics within a course (as offered for now). This way, rubrics that are the same for course sections can be assigned to desired courses with a click of a button rather than having to go inside individuals courses to execute a rubric copy-assign process.

     

    Likewise, it would be tremedously helpful if Bb Learn allows users to automatically apply the same percentage/percentage range/point/point range for each criterion, especially for rubrics that contains over 15 criteria. And, why are we unable to add sub-headings to rubics? Most rubrics have sub-headings that cluster criteria for a reason - this feature would definitely mimic the paper rubrics and bring structure to evaluation.
