Good point, I think he means the users are in AD Users versus in a SIS like Banner?

I mean Active Directory Domain Users. When we create a new user account in active directory, that to make reflect in Blackboard system.By the way we dont want for creation of flat file or SIS Integration etc.
What do you mean by active directory?
