The accessibility report in Ally is great but one thing that I have thought about is why only show 1 thing that is wrong with the document when there could be multiple accessibility issues. I understand why BB decided to only put one item at a time as to not overwhelm the faculty with a lot of accessibility problems. However; I can also see this causing a lot of frustrations with faculty fixing one issue and the uploading and finding more issues.
What I would think is helpful is to show the most prominent issue with the document in the accessibility report, and have that displayed like it does now. Then have a drop down menu that will show all of the accessibility issues so that faculty can re-do their work all at once instead of one by one.
