Online rubrics cannot be printed or saved to PDF. This arises as an issue for audit or review of student results.
It would be useful to be able to print to protected PDF both the blank version of the rubric and the marked up version related to the student. This is important for review and appeal processes where the marking is subject to discussion by committees or by people at different review levels that for variety of reasons need to view both copies separated from the Blackboard Learn course. This could involve either a printed version or an electronic version such as protected PDF.
The save to PDF of the annotated student submission could also be improved so that the annotations are better formatted and the PDF is a protected PDF.
