It would be great if Blackboard allows instructors to assign digital intervention programs to specific students, as opposed to the whole class or groups of students. For example:

A student is under-performing in 'Fractions' for Grade 05 Math. The instructor has already created/plans to create a time-bound Bb learning module titled 'Fun with Fractions' and intends to use this as a digital intervention program for students struggling with fractions. Since only one student is struggling with fractions, how can this instructor assign 'Fun with Fractions' specifically to that student and not to a group/entire class?
