Improve Group discussion forum grading

    Currently the Grade Center sprouts a new column for every graded Group discussion forum or graded thread. If you split a large class into Groups and then use the Group Discussion Forums to foster interaction on particular topics, or for weekly modules, etc., the Grade Center grows enormously. And for small groups in large classes, most of the cells in the various columns are grayed out (since the open cells are only for the relevant students in that Group). The connection between the Grade Center and the Group discussion forums needs to be tightened to collapse all the columns for a single discussion topic into one Grade Center item.
