There are many times when it would be helpful for institutions to reach out directly to one another for feedback and support. But there us currently no customer list that provides information about product use, points of contact, high impact initiatives, and areas of expertise. Blackboard should not publish a comprehensive list of all customers, but we SHOULD provide a vehicle for customers to 'opt-in' to providing this information with a view to supporting community, sharing knowledge, increasing efficiency, and scaling innovation.
