Any email message sent to students whether via Announcements, Send Email, or Grade Center should have the option to have that same email message fed into the Retention Center communications record for each student. I send most emails from the Grade Center after reviewing the student's work. It is really inefficient for me to have to then go to the Retention Center and copy/paste the communication. It should already be there. Although it would be a different mechanism, the same applies to Course Messages.
