    • ReadSpeaker/TextAid released to all on 20 Feb 2017 and for the whole of 2017 there were 1593 hours of audio requested to 'listen' to
      • TextAid had 95 hours of audio requested in 2017
        • Currently, there are 785 registered TextAid users.
    • ReadSpeaker audio requests in March 2018 are up to 280 hours.
  • Eesysoft Support Centre, Messaging and Reports is running very well -- have rolled out reports for all learning sites for academics to view who is and is not accessing their learning sites
  • Move to SaaS begins in March 2018, with completion expected by mid 2018
