Join us for these live encore presentations from the 2018 Blackboard Analytics Symposium as we share high impact practices from institutions like yours, with the aim of making you more effective in your current role.  Learn about what’s working, and what’s not, so you can help shape a data informed culture and promote student success.

In 2016 California Baptist University Online (CBU) started using Blackboard Analytics for Learn to automate its attendance tracking process for Title IV reporting. As a result of surfacing the data necessary to increase the accuracy and efficiency of this process, the institution discovered the same information could be used to identify at-risk students and keep them on track of for graduation.

Meanwhile, CBU has also been using Analytics for Learn to understand and improve teaching and learning through research comparing student perceptions of cognitive load, course design quality, engagement, and online community in text only and multimedia rich courses.

Learn how California Baptist University is harnessing LMS data in multiple departments to optimize institutional performance, teaching & learning, and student success.
