Summary. The Skills to Performance program at Bellevue is a unique model focused on higher order skills that translate to success in industry. The program is designed to drive learning outcomes based on the performance expectations defined by industry while recognizing the varying skill levels of students and architecting paths for them to achieve success.

Through a unique public-private partnership with Blackboard, Bellevue has differentiated the learning experience in a way that is intended to attract more students looking for a competitive edge and connects more tightly with the skills that the workforce partners value.

In this webinar, we discuss the research that went into Skills to Performance initiative and the planning and results around:

  • Customizing the learning environment to meet institutional and learner needs by visualizing progress against goals
  • Building a scalable service delivery model that anticipates new demands on the faculty and student support resources
  • Personalizing technology and support for each learner to achieve real world results
  • Analyzing student data to predict success and target at-risk students
