In this case study from Lake Region State College, a multi-disciplinary panel will discuss lessons learned from the implementation of a new LMS and brand-new learning tools across face-to-face, online and dual-credit modalities. Leverage their experiences to improve institutional buy-in and student outcomes for a successful transition to any new technology or learning platform in your institution.Hear from an Instructional Designer, a Director of Distance Education, a STEM Faculty Member and a Liberal Arts Faculty Member. Drawing on five decades of collective experience in online education, the panel will share perspectives on a collaborative approach to adopting new technologies and encourage questions and answers. It will focus on preparing for technological change: from developing course materials to collaborating with students; and from adjusting workloads across the institution during to engaging stakeholders meaningfully and realistically throughout the process.
