Blackboard User Groups (BUGs) bring together Blackboard users interested in connecting with their peers across various institutions to network, learn, keep up with trends, build technical skills, meet subject matter experts and share best practices. All BUGs are run by users, for users. It is this concept of 'self-leadership' that is the primary contributor to the success of our longest running user groups. A BUG can offer many advantages and benefits for individuals and the institutions they represent. Learn firsthand from five of Blackboard's user group leaders on what it takes to lead a user group and the benefits of actively participating in a user group.
