The decision to integrate X-Ray Learning Analytics into the strategic plan of our online delivery infrastructure was a step in the direction of quality assurance. We originally purchased this tool to assist with our online student advising effort. We quickly learned how it could also influence the quality of our course designs and instructor to student engagement.
