When done properly, training can make workers more efficient; increasing production, revenue, and profits while decreasing costs, waste, and inefficiencies. Effective training can lead to increased compliance with regulations. It can even lead to a happier, more satisfied workforce, which in turn reduces turnover and costly on-boarding.
This session reviews instructional design model and the construction of knowledge in BbLearn. It explores the benefits using BbLearn for the inputs and outputs of knowledge transfer. The session also summarizes a brief outline of future instructional design for your training program.
