At many institutions, Blackboard Learn has become a critical tool for academic success. But do you know how your faculty and students are actually using Blackboard Learn? What tools do they use? Which ones do they find useful? And, beyond how, do you know *why* they use Blackboard Learn? At Northern Illinois University, our adoption rates have been near or above 90% for several years, but we wanted to know more. In this session, you will learn about data we have gathered through OpenDB queries and a campus-wide survey to uncover faculty motivation for using Blackboard Learn. This information has helped us develop better support strategies and professional development as well as improve communication with faculty and demonstrate the importance of Blackboard Learn to our institution.
