NTNU, the largest institution in Norway, have over the past year gone through an organisational transition at scale with merger of 4 institutions into one as well as moving from 4 learning platforms to one single one. These two presentations will shed light over the challenges and success from both an overall project implementation perspective as well as discussing the requirements for academic support through the transition.

Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) is Norway's largest university, through a merger with three regional colleges in 2016. In this session, we share our experiences with the challenges of speed-implementing a new e-learning system during a major merger, and discuss some of the decisions we made to accomplish the best possible results for our institution.
