Using the hallmarks of pedagogy, best practice and technology, an instructional training/certification was designed for Collaborate Ultra, as it was rolled out on campus. Initially faculty focused in support of blended and online learning, the scope was later broadened to include all administrators and staff. The overarching goal was to influence teaching, learning and enhance the campus community through opportunity, organizational change management and alignment with the University’s strategic plan. This novel approach to change included; proof of concept, certification design, faculty pilots, collaboration with campus partners and communities of practice.
