This presentation will share how the Academic Technology Solutions Team at Roosevelt University developed a comprehensive training and implementation program for Analytics for Learn.

In January 2016, Roosevelt University launched Blackboard Analytics for Learn.  In order to ensure that the Roosevelt community used the product to its fullest capabilities, the leadership of Information Technology Services (ITS) enlisted the resources of the Academic Technology Solutions team (a department within ITS) to develop a comprehensive training program for Administrators, Faculty and Staff.

The Academic Technology Solutions team made an initial decision that the launch of Analytics for Learn would extend beyond the typical training program and strategically establish a framework to engage the Roosevelt community and create “buy-in” around the power of Analytics for Learn as a tool. Our challenge was to develop one training program that would be beneficial and relevant to all users regardless of their position within the University.
