Transitioning from a face-to-face to a blended course format can seem a daunting task. There are a number of myths that may encourage (or discourage) an instructor to make the leap to a blended format. There is more to building or designing a blended course than just uploading content, and the best way to emphasize this position by changing our perspective--where instructors get the chance to see things from a learner's point of view.
