Collaborate Support information

    In the meeting I mentioned that Collaborate customers get access to the 24/7/365 Collaborate support line, and that includes all their staff and students.

    Users do not need a log in, to be able to Chat, log a ticket or telephone (numbers under the 'Call Us' button).

     

    An example of how one institution links their student (and staff pages) to this is at: Blackboard, Collaborate and e-Assessment | The Library | University of Salford, Manchester . They request that users contact their internal support desk during office hours and use Blackboard's Support number outside office hours.

    It is persona based so you need to click through to Collaborate depending on your persona.
