I started with Moodlerooms May 2011, with more than 14 years experience in areas of implementation, client services and supporting LMS enterprise application.  I use my expertise to build strong, trusted relationships with clients around implementation, process improvement, and high-valued solutions and, ultimately making sure clients are successful with their LMS solution.  Prior to this role at Moodlerooms, I was a Senior Software Support Engineer with Sumtotal Systems formerly Pathlore Software responsible for client implementations and support of their LMS products.
