The National Cryptologic School (NCS) has the unique challenge of preparing national security experts and warfighters all over the world to fight the war on terror. With an expanding workforce and a shrinking budget, the school had to rethink their training strategy. The archaic teacher-centric model of learning wasn't appealing to a younger tech savvy audience. The school struggles with the rapid growth and adoption of technology and the stringent policies that govern it. A blended learning approach had to be implemented as our culture changed.
