Using all Available Resources to Support a Campus with a small Bb Administrator Group

With a campus of over 20,000 users, over 3,000 active courses a semester and over 200 community sites it can be a little tricky to support the Blackboard environment with only 2 Full Time Blackboard Administrators. In this session users will learn how Towson University structures their Blackboard support team. With the help of a Faculty/Staff Help Center, Student Help Center, Ticketing System, Student Blackboard Administrators and Full Time Blackboard Administrator, Towson is able to support all Blackboard users.
