This session will feature Ron Weist from Pierpont Community & Technical College and Steve Nodine from George Mason University who will share how they were able to quickly and seamlessly improve the frequency and quality of student support and engagement. While very different in structure, both institutions had the common goals of needing to improve retention rates and helping students through re-enrollment challenges.
