Rethinking Technology Support to Become a More Strategic Institution

    By rethinking the way technology support is handled across the college, Cowley College has been able to move past managing day to day to being a much more strategic organization increasing the value it provides to students and faculty. During this session, we will discuss how Cowley College arrived at their decision to change their Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology support for students and staff and how their enhanced partnership with Blackboard has created a forward-thinking technology support organization focusing on planning for a bright future.
