Planning and Business Intelligence Diagnostics for Increased Teacher Adoption

This project aims at the enhancement of IESB students learning through the use blackboard. This planning was based upon the continued training of students and teachers in the diagnosis of the effective use of the platform according to pedagogic strategies. Teacher Training aims at the betterment of the learning process whereas student training focus on use and its benefits. The diagnoses are held by the use of Business Intelligence with control panels allowing for individualized analysis of teachers and the institution courses, establishing the user profiles on five levels which indicate the level of maturity in the use of the platform. The strategy to improve the diagnosis is the adoption of analytical tools from Blackboard, Open DB and Analytics. It is important to stress the emphasis on active learning methodologies , starting with the flipped classroom methodology , involving teacher teams whose pedagogic as well as technical profile is conducive to the implementation of strategies of use from Blackboard Kaltura.
